We bought a 2012 ford focus and had one of the best buying experiences. Even though we needed some not normal services to be done before picking it up Chris and Jaiden went out of their way to make them happen. Even though they were dealing with a tragedy in the family at the same time their word was golden. This is commitment and service you just don't see very much these days. Is it so wrong to laugh & have fun while buying a car? Eric & I just bought a 2000 Caravan Sport at Synergize Auto...however, the owners want to detail it, give it an alignment and oil change (already done) first. Oh, okay! Ha! Super nice people, beautiful rig. We're very happy.

I always hate going to car dealerships. It's intimidating for me because I'm not a "car guy" at all. I don't provide reviews very often, either. But my experience at Synergize Auto was "review worthy." Chris Walls made me feel like I was part of the family. He spent a considerable amount of time informing me of the different choices I had, and never once made me feel like I had to buy right then and there. I was given adequate space to make my decision, and I left the lot with exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier with my car or the service I received. Thank you, Chris! My husband and I were not looking forward to replacing our car and just happened to start our journey here. They were so nice to us and helpful. WHOOOHOOOO!!! Chris and Jaiden are the sweetest, most honest folks I've met in a long time. Was in a bind with no vehicle and I, like a lot of people, have not had good experiences with dealerships in the past. Walking into their business today, they both made me feel right at home. Absolutely zero pressure!!! Test drive the vehicle and when I returned I had a few concerns with it. Chris took me back out in the car and went through each concern I had. NEVER saying any of the typical responses that you can hear from a salesman. They both validated my concerns and even did some research on the internet that helped me with my concerns and helped me make up my mind to purchase the vehicle.
